What an Animal – Illustrations of Whales

What an Animal is a new series here at Design Informer. We will be showcasing illustrations of different animals. I got the idea while browsing Squared Eye’s website. Their mascot is Levi the whale. I really liked that mascot and I thought to myself: “It would be cool to start a series on Design Informer showcasing illustrations of different animals.”

So today’s showcase is about whales and is dedicated to Levi the whale. Enjoy these 20 different whale illustrations. Oh, and I saved my two favorite whales for last. You can see them at the end of the post.

Note: Please click on the images to see them in their websites and to learn more about their artists.

@Azizuan – Yeah, it’s a whale mixed with a dinosaur. The name of the piece is Whalesaur.

@Ajcates – That looks cool as well. Pasquale Silva is an awesome illustrator.
